CONSORCIO INDUSTRIAL® has been involved in the storage industry since the 70s, when initially PITTSBURG DES MOINES, INC (PDM®) acquired an equity position in our company to establish a Mexican presence. This successful relationship opened us full access to years of history of proprietary designs and engineering, which positioned the company as a technological reference in the local market for aboveground storage tanks (ASTs) and pressure spheres.

Storage solutions projects are available for refrigerated gases, including LNG, ethane, ethylene, propane, butane, butadiene, ammonia, chlorine, oxygen, nitrogen, argon, hydrogen and helium.
CONSORCIO INDUSTRIAL® has in-house engineering capabilities to support all phases of a pressure sphere design, including turnkey solutions involving procurement, fabrication, transportation, field construction, NDT, testing and coatings, to ASME VIII, Div.1, Div. 2 or BS PD 5500.
Our facilities located in Monterrey, N.L., count with the specialized pressing and fabrication capacity to pre-fabricate and ship spheres sections (as required in the field); with direct access to most of the important highways of the country and to the U.S. border, allowing us to serve the local and U.S. spheres markets for years.
Our specialized and dedicated construction workforce, supported by proven erection methods and best of its kind field equipment, provides our clients with a single point of responsibility. CONSORCIO INDUSTRIAL® can self-perform PWHT in the field, when required and provide surface preparation, painting, insulation systems, and stairways as requested.
