CONSORCIO INDUSTRIAL^® offers one of the largest third party processing installed capacities in North America, providing partial or full fabrication and inspection services to ASME or non-ASME designs.

Bring us your design or requirement and we will build and support your project up to its maximum transportable size, weight or deliverable condition.

For exports or projects, where the equipment needs to be delivered in one single piece, we can provisionally move and install our assembling capabilities, as near as possible to the export port (or delivery point) and complete the assembly for you.

Third Party Processing Services

When you team with CONSORCIO INDUSTRIAL^®, you are connecting to fully integrate in-house services, a highly specialized workshop to process, fabricate or transform your product, as for example:

(1) A partial data report to ASME S, U or U2 code can be provided.
(2) Heating charts can be provided upon request.

Prior to shipment, all manufactured components undergo thorough Quality Control (QC) inspection to ensure conformance to ASME codes Sec. VIII Div. 1 and 2, or to any third party inspection body subcontracted by the customer.
